I was very pleased to see that in this month's Which? Magazine at the very top ranking with 85% customer satifaction is Be Broadband
Better known suppliers such as BT, Virgin, TalkTalk, AOL and Tiscali rated no more than a disappointing 47%
I have been using Be for a couple of years now and I am extremely pleased with them. My broadband is very fast!
Not only do they come out top they are also doing a reduced rate of only £8 per month until the end of 2008
The usual price is still only £14 for 8 meg download speed and unlimited usage.

This would put me off but I thought I should let you know so that you can make your own judgements. I have had very negative experiences with several off-shore call centres. Perhaps we could start a list on MAB of companies that still DO have British call centres? ***Jeanie Says*** Hi - I did not know that but in the couple of years I have been with www.bethere.co.uk I have never had to call them. I think the service may have been off once or twice but it was only for a very short time and very late at night, so it has never been a problem. |
