Susan asks (21st February 2008):
Q.
The cost of having my daughter's wedding dress dry-cleaned has been quoted at well over £100 from local cleaners. Does anyone know where I can get this done cheaper or are there vouchers I can get to offset this extra cost.

Hi there - the person who wrote that was right - use your tesco vouchers at Johnsons dry cleaners. Ask them about the boxing option as you can use clubcard vouchers for this only if you order this in advance. If not already they can sign you up for priority club and you get 10% or more discount too for £7-95 charge. It was well worth signing up on my case. Oh and they charge you according to the dress value, so if you say under 1K its less than if you say its over, understandably for insurance. Good luck!
