Anyone know how to get travel insuarance for an aunt age 79 to USA for 5 days..... all quotes £400 so far.

No getting round this -it will be more expensive. Have you tried 'Saga'? They do specialist travel insurance for the older person (you don't need to be going on one of their holidays) and I believe they provide a good service which has to be important too.

My mother in law went to Canada for 2 months. She is 79 and has high blood pressure. www.MarksandSpencer.com were the cheapest surprisingly. It was about £250 from memory which was half of what we paid the previous year.
