Tracy says (15th January 2010):
>>With all this snow, thought you might like to hear about the holiday we've just booked:
a week in the Hotel Sharm Cliff Holiday, Naama Beach (Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt), a 4 Star hotel, on an All Inclusive Basis for £255 (that's for both of us, not each).
Reviews for the accommodation range from quite good to good (graded 3.7 out of 5,) so hopefully it should be ok ... but at that price our expectations are not too high!
We got flights from Jet 2 for about £500, so the cost of the All Inclusive Holiday is approx £750 for both of us - this is less than half what we have paid the last two years.
The hotel is booked through www.travelrepublic.co.uk, here is the link:
http://www.travelrepublic.co.uk/sharm_cliff_holiday_naama_bay_all_reviews.html#sectionGallery
Plus all inclusive holiday in Naama Bay and forgot to say this is for the first week of Easter (from 26 March to 2 April), which made it an even better deal as prices are usually much more expensive during school hols

Ken says (28th August 2009):
>>If you are a member of the Automobile Association(AA)you get 20% discount off all meals and drinks at any Moto service station on the motorways!A very good saving, especially for families!

A-M says (31st August 2009):
>>Sorry, but not even a 20% discount would get me back in a Moto service after the experience we had at the Toddington ones on the M1 on Saturday! Filthy toilets, 30 mins queues to get served and just vile overall!

Joyce says (16th July 2009):
>>I have just returned from holiday in the West country and found that loads of the carparks are national trust which you have to pay for. What I did was got a years membership online at www.nationaltrust.org.uk before I went, not only did I get A free pair of binoculars I also got 12 months membership for the price of 9 and the best thing apart from getting in all the properties for FREE was that we could use all the National trust car parks just by putting our membership card in the window or your sticker that they send you, we saved a fortune in car park fees it paid for the membership. They have carparks at properties and at Coast and countryside locations.

Kathy says (10th July 2009):
>>This is a great one - please could you put it out to everyone.
De Vere Hotels again - loads of £25.00 rooms - beautiful big hotels. Room only but I have seen the 'proper price' when I have stayed there - I am going just for a rest in beautiful surroundings. Breakfast and dinner fairly reasonable but can eat out or get something in.
Rooms available all the way through summer - but going quick - these are so, so much better than Travelodge (can you say that?!!).
Be quick though - Leatherhead has loads of rooms - some for an entire week - how cheap is that for two people sharing - £175.00 for two in a fantastic 4 or 5 star hotel for seven days with all mod cons, gym, pool, free tea and coffee, free internet - fabulous!
Hope this helps all your interested 'customers'.

Suzanne says (15th June 2009):
>>Airmiles are offering a bonus of 1500 extra Airmiles if you apply for a Lloyds TSB Airmiles Duo credit card before 31st July. Please warn everyone to make sure they do it through the link on the Airmiles website not directly through the Lloyds TSB website as they will lose their bonus (as I stupidly did!) Instead of adding your spouse as an additional cardholder, if you both apply for separate credit cards you can merge your Airmiles account and get 3000 between you, enough for a pretty decent holiday!!

Helen says (18th May 2009):
>>Dear Jeanie
Thomson travel agents say that they are commission free yet they charge you automatically £3.50 for their guarantee buy back service, this is ok if the unlikely events you bring back currency they will buy back your currency for the same amount they paid you. With the Euro fluctuating like it does this might help you only if you have brought it when it is high.
I was still charged £3.50 even though I said that I would not be bringing any money back, their advertisement is on view concerning this but I was told that they charge the £3.50 automatically for everyone.
Perhaps you could relay this on to your readers
Helen

Edward says (30th March 2009):
>>If you are going on holiday to USA or a euro country have a look at the Fairfx card.www.fairfx.com It is a prepaid card that you use like a debit or credit card or at cashpoints while you are away. You apply before you go and put money on it ,their rate is much better than the banks so your money goes further and with the rubbish exchange rates it really helps.
You can get a Free card (normally £9.95) subject to minimum initial load of £500.

R Stoner says (31st March 2009):
>>I agree with the rate - I got a superb deal last year when I went to Florida - however be warned I found that I couldn't use any ATMs to either withdraw money or get a balance. My sister had the post office version and had no problems. A friend of mine did a euro card with FX when she went abroad and had the same problem as me.
