tracy says (1st July 2008):
>>Hi just want to tell people that are aa renewal came in. I asked which cover was the best for us with trailer. Told roadside with relay. Old aa renewal was roadside only been with them for five years only one call out in this time. Got discount and relay for £46.40 told customer has to ask for discount if you get your renewal in. Worth a phone call. If you don"t ask you don"t get. Renewal was going to be £45 anyway for just roadside. So very happy customer when i got off phone. Thought i would ask as see someone else on this site try so thought give in a go see if i could get good deal as site has £72 for relay and roadside

Claire says (10th March 2008):
>>I telephoned AA Breakdown today as I had received my husband's renewal notice at £55.00 just to change the direct debit date.
I was feeling a bit cheeky and asked if they could do me a better deal on the price. I was amazed when they said that they could as I hadn't called them out on a breakdown. Amazing they knocked the price down to £37.50!!
So its well worth a try to see if your lucky enough to get a reduction.
Good luck all.

Wendy C says (8th June 2007):
>>Car Breakdown cover
I have just renewed my Car breakdown cover (2 cars) and had to change from my previous insurer GF, because for £30 less a year plus an extra 3 months I got both the cars the same cover Total Super Service (in home start)(only 1 was previously covered for that. I am now with Auto National rescue again.
Top tip on ANY insurance now, check out on line a new quote even with you EXISTING company and most will give you a better deal that way rather just renewing. I have cancelled several policies and restrated and saved pounds. (one of the companies involved when I questioned them, hinted I should do that)

Steve says (9th February 2006):
>>Just thought the members who were not aware, may be interested in the following wesite WWW.pipelineCard.org which has just been started by a guy who intends to recruit many thousands of motorists, with the intention of then approaching a major fuel supplier and obtaining discounts of between 5 and 10p per litre!!
He has been going since the start of January and already has in excess of 90,000 people interested. The more that sign up the bigger the discount,so read the info on his site and spread the word to friends and neighbours.
PS.Forgot to mention. There is no charge, its FREE...........
