Claire says (16th March 2009):
>>Just got my renewal notice from AA for breakdown cover. They wanted £144 for breakdown cover including home start. I thought this was really expensive so rang them and said thought this was steep would go elsewhere. She said let me look at the price and offered me a whooping 50% off the renewal quote. Managed to get it for £77! Well worth being a little cheeky to get money off !!

Try it !!

Petrol Prices
Cynthia Dodson says (19th May 2008):
>>Get a credit card from Asda and use it for their petrol. You will get 2p off each litre. I just keep my card handy and only use it for petrol and pay it off each month, so no interest. Every bit off helps in this age of ever increasing fuel prices.

Steve says (9th February 2006):
>>Just thought the members who were not aware, may be interested in the following wesite WWW.pipelineCard.org which has just been started by a guy who intends to recruit many thousands of motorists, with the intention of then approaching a major fuel supplier and obtaining discounts of between 5 and 10p per litre!!
He has been going since the start of January and already has in excess of 90,000 people interested. The more that sign up the bigger the discount,so read the info on his site and spread the word to friends and neighbours.
PS.Forgot to mention. There is no charge, its FREE...........
