So if like me you don't have a lot of will power it take away the hunger. I'm dropping 1lb a day now but It was a bit more last week. I'd never take anything that claimed to burn fat of raise my metabolism. It works for me and by the sound of weight watchers works for you. :-) |

Sometimes alot less if you have a junior stylist!! The best bit is that half the week senior stylists work in a salon anyway and one day a week they are at college extending there skills. |
