Losing Weight
Katie says (21st July 2008):
>>If anyone is looking for natural slimming or diet pills, I got 180 Hoodia pills from Slim Health half price. You need to be careful buying hoodia, lots of scams. They have a place on their website where you put in the batch number and it shows you the certificates for the product. Anyway it was 22.40 they also had 50% extra free on another one that is 14.49. have a look http://www.slimhealth-uk.com you have to click on the special offer link near the top of the page.
***Jeanie Says***
Hi Katie. Diet pills always make very cautious.
I think losing weight is more about what you don't put in your mouth.I have been doing Weight Watchers core plan for about 6 weeks now and have lost about 9 pounds so far. There has been lots of satifying real food I could eat and I can even have a treat like a glass of wine or something sweet.
There is a free registration voucher on www.weightwatchers.co.uk . I do a combination of the online help and weigh in at a class once a week. I must say it has been much easier than I thought it would be

Katie says (21st July 2008):
>>Hi,
That's really good 9lbs. I know what you mean with diet pills. I wasn't sure. I read about Hoodia on the BBC web site. It's just an appetite suppressant. So if like me you don't have a lot of will power it take away the hunger. I'm dropping 1lb a day now but It was a bit more last week. I'd never take anything that claimed to burn fat of raise my metabolism. It works for me and by the sound of weight watchers works for you. :-)

Nourkin
Joanne says (19th March 2007):
>>Supplement Savers have the cheapest Nourkrin Hair Loss tablets and Nourella Skin delay tactics I have seen - £49.95 in Boots for the Nourkrin just £32.99 at supplementsavers.co.uk with FREE DELIVERY!
***Jeanie Says***
That is a very good price for Nourkin but at www.buycosmetics.com you can get three months supply for £94 and you get free delivery and a free gift worth £25. They say that you need to take this for about six months to see any real result, so this one is probably the better deal.
